yeah I dislike the minion pool as well. When they added the 5th tribe, it became far too diluted and then reducing the number of tavern 6 minions in total made it even harder to actually find one let alone attempt to triple them without a hero that discovers minions on their own.
I think the minion pool definitely needs adjusting to not only make it somewhat more realistic to find build completions, but also to make it so you don’t see half the lobby playing one tribe and the other half playing another as if those tribes are somehow boosted while other tribes are reduced.
