Trading card did not trade

I traded SI:7 Extortion but card just disappeared. I can not say if card went back to deck but i know i did not draw new one. And ofc i could not continue so i lost game.

I know it will be ignored like every other bug i report but lets see how many bugs i will have this year only.

Do you have a replay? Are you sure you didn’t just accidentally play the card. I know it’s happened to me when moving quickly

I am sure i did not play it, i searched in play log and it was not there at all.

That is the big problem with this game, how can you get replays of games, stats from previous games, overal stats for decks…

Just take a look at some other games. Even in game watching exp is terrible. And after you finish your game you can not see anything. You can only see your last opponent and thats untill you start new game. So bad…

Do you play on mobile or a computer? I play on my laptop and my phone, but my connection is bad on my phone, and there aren’t any mobile trackers I know of. But when I play on my computer I use the decktracker from hsreplay mostly because i like watching the replays when i’ve had a question about what happened or I had an interesting game

If i understand where this leads. You want me to do all the work, invest my time, whilst suppport team or dev is ignoring all my bugs? Sry but that is how it looks to me.

No one on the bug forum works for Blizzard. We are players trying to help you.

And i am thankful for that, ofc. But Blizz support told me, whenever i have bug, i should report here. “If you’re running into a bug of some kind, then submitting a bug report so the QA team can review it is the best thing to do.”

That is why i thought they will consider fixing some bugs? Or we (players) have to do everything by ourselfs and Blizz will just take our money?

Sorry if i sound frustrated, because i am. I have same simple bugs for years and only response i got is threat that my acc will be banned!

I can understand your frustration. But things like recorded games is not “doing Blizzard’s work for them.” It will help them to track down bugs.

I sent them everything when they asked. Videoes, some config files, screenshots… They just asked in hope i will not do that so they can skip that. When i sent all of that they just said we can see nothing that is causing issue but it is on your side, if you continue with this topic actions will be taken on your acc.

Like i said, i can invest time again and do everything but i do not want to waste my time again for nothing!

In order to address a bug, they have to be able to reproduce it, so detail regarding board state etc. is essential if you want the bugs to be addressed. Otherwise there’s no way to know why a card didn’t act as expected. It sounds like you did that this time and they decided a local disconnect on your end was the problem, which is something they can’t do anything about.

They decided… And i gave them some info that proves it is not on my side. They just decided.

I have never had a problem with other games. Or when that disconnect happens everything else over internet is working fine.

And lets say it is on my side, why i cant reconnect then? Lets say it is something on my side but it has to be some small break in connection that causes me to disconnect from the game. Because, like i said, everything else is working at that moment. Why can not i just go back to the game?
