Problem started after latest update. Unsure the best way to describe it but to summarise, interactions do not have expected outcomes e.g. tapping on some elements is getting treated as a drag operation. Some items when viewed do not snap back into place e.g. cards in deck. It has almost become unplayable.

Also experiencing same issue. agree almost unplayable at times. Windows 10 laptop, nvidia graphics and the problems seem to affect both touch and mouse commands to some extent.
Same here. Taps don’t work for emote. Have to use mouse. Can’t look at cards without playing them. Very annoying.
same here. Rectangle showing up when holding onto a card or mignion. Why nobody takes care of this? Dell XPS with 4k touchscreen here. Sad they don´t seem to care.
I wonder how many people have this issue. It really broke the game. How to contact Blizzard support? Please #bug-report help.
I found a solution by edition the options.txt as described in
Touch screen Windows devices (although it did not appear to work for others). The options.txt is found under C:\Users<username>\AppData\Local\Blizzard\Hearthstone\options.txt. I set touchmode=True
