octosari its compete useless card yup it help you to draw 8 card but it risk you over draw card and discard to many card if you hand its compete Full almost same cursed weapon Aluneth when you cant destory it weapon and over draw card

give you 8/8 health and attack great for it but compete give you enemy minion reborn almost same earth elemental but much much better than Mortuary Machine

I’ve seen half of those cards played and to good results.
Not all cards are made to be tier 1 and shouldn’t be the lead designer think that was his title for magic even wrote quite a few blog posts on why this is and why we need “pack filler” cards.
Cards like octosari are quite good cards. They allow people to experiment and yes often they end up as “bad” but allow for fun combos which this card has allowed. I can think of 3 fun decks I seen it in. The fun factor alone makes it worth it.
Mortuarys machine is a quite well made card and dose fit some types of decks. I have already seen it used in some fun decks like oct. Same with unseal the vault.
Desert ob I have seen people make a deck with it just for the fun of trying to pull of the combo that alone makes it worth it.
Plague of murloc you call a board clear but you seem to forget thats not the only possible use for it. Being able to turn your field of 1/1 wisps into a threatening field of murlocs is powerful. Just since you haven’t seen a use for it or its not t1 doesn’t make it a bad card. Only a card not made for you.
Even totamic surge that you claim no one plays I have seen used at rank 5. Yes someone playing a fun deck but used non the less. It works quite well in combo with making your minions spawn totems on death. Baiting a board clear only to hit there face hard.
The cards might seam worthless to you or to someone aiming at making t1 decks but that only means they where not made for you and thats fine not all cards are.
Not one of the cards you listed is played by and I quote “no one” the vary fact you claim that shows that you don’t understand card design and why they make different types of cards.
I suggest looking up the old post from magic don’t got a link of hand as on my phone about filler cards and why they are made its a good read that might teach you something.
If the devs feel a card is not being played around with in a way they like they will buff it but non of the cards you listed stand out as needing a buff to complete the reason they where made. Witch packfiller/fun cards or possible cards to build on in the future they fall into.

Not sure how seriously I can take all this but, let’s see:
It sees play in Wild Even Shaman; it’s one of the best things Shaman has received; it DOES suck that Totem support is almost nonexistant in Standard tho.
Plague of Murlocs is one of the most devastating Spells for Shaman; it’s just ineffective against swarm as you may end up buffing their board.
I don’t see why it should be like that; I myself however wish it said “Whenever your Hero Attacks, summon copies of your Totems” for better mana management.
Haven’t tried it myself yet but I see Evolve Shaman in Wild uses it; other than that, yes; it’s a Minion you’d rather give to your opponent unless your build has 0 Draw/Card Generation; might become better in the future.

It can work in Rogue with Shadow of Death and other similar comboes. Do not take it off right away.
Really? Quest Hunter actually has a fairly positive winrate in its own buildable form; however, sure, while I find Quests for Hunter in general redundant, I’d say that out of ALL Quests, Supreme Archeology is the one screaming for a buff; it has one small application with Mecha’Thun (at least thus far) and forcibly requires 2 Rare Cards to be somewhat useful (still thus far), otherwise it’s outright “unrewarding”.

It’ll be interesting to see how it ages… I think it is still a very strong card just lacks a deck in Standard. I run 1 copy in Wild for Shudderwock Shaman and would run 2 but Big Priest isn’t as much of a thing.
@OP Splitting Axe and Totemic Surge see play in Wild where there is more Totem support. The issue isn’t the cards themselves but the fact their supporting an archetype that doesn’t exist.
I mean, tbh, do you Even Shaman bro? =P
