Tombs of Terror limited pool of treasures

I am currently playing tombs of terror heroic mode. When I choose my first treasure, I only get choices from the following pool:

Band of scarabs
Disks of legend
Disks of Swiftness
Ever-changing elixir
Robes of Diminishing
Titanic Ring

I have tried endless loop of defeating the first challenge, check treasures and then conceding on second challenge. Even after 50th trial, I am still stuck on 3 chosen from these 6 mostly garbage treasures.

I do not know if it matters, but my hero was Reno, and signature treasure was lasso or hat, hero power was first one, and deck was also the first one, and I am playing on smartphone(iOS).

I know that band of scarabs and titanic rings are decent, but I still prefer the captured flag or alchemist’s stone or VIP membership as my first treasure.

As per blizzards tweet before all tresures have the same rate of apperence other than sack of lamps that reqs a given condition before appearing (pick zeph lamp 10 times) and alchemist stone that they reduced to be lower than others since they felt it was to good.

So either you have really bad rng or your exaggerating and dint really do 50 try’s which have to guess as that’s common on the fourms. Or you did get other treasures but the one or two you want don’t show and and are only remembering seeing 6. Donno without something to backup the claim of 50 runs without seeing any bit those 6 I’m going with your either bugged and as such should be asking in bug reports for help or your telling tales. Esp as there is over 20 passives so really doubt not seeing that many.

Maybe the treasures ‘unlock’ as you defeat bosses…? Like, if he started heroic now, he only gets 6-8 random and more are added to the pool as he defeat bosses…?

Also: wtf is the chance for the Flex-explosion active treasure? I’m close to 1000 bosses defeat and never it was offered to me.

Flex should be low chance to get because it’s a ridiculously strong one. Kind of like Alchemist Stone. At least it seems that way. I’ve only seen it twice but have seen everything else fairly often.

Alchemist Stone is lower but I got it multiple times. I was never offered Flex-plosion, and I don’t know if the treasure is strong enought to have such lower odds.

I mean… is it stronger than Sack of Lamps…?

It’s really strong. But it’s not really any more broken than say the Gyrocopter which can solo bosses. But that’s just a flaw in the design of the game.

So why it’s so low? I still did’t get a Flex-plosion offered and I finished chapter 1 with all checkmarks and already defeated all the others with all the heroes.

Gyrocopter is by far the strongest Treasure, so I dunno why the flex-plosion is so low that you don’t even get it offered.

No idea. You’ll have to get a Blizzard dev on that front.

Although I’m not sure it’s necessarily the strongest. It’s definitely the most flexible and prevents fatigue. The others can be stronger but are more situational.

Like I hit a plague lord for 200 with the crab, the 5 mana copy treasure and double battle cry on phase 2. So that was an easy run.

Of course I’m talking about in general cases. We can’t value a treasure by specific situations, otherwise the Two elixers would be the strongest passives because if you pick both of them you basically have infinite minions and cards every turn.

I really wanted to hear the reson why they lowered the chance of the flex-xplosion of it’s really not that strong.
