Hello, I am having trouble with the Tombs of Terror adventure. I completed the chapter 5 and got the card back and golden pack reward for completing all 5 chapters but did not get the 3 packs reward for completing the chapter 5. I tried completing it the second time and it is still same.
The same thing happened to me with the 5th chapter of Dalaran Heist. I only just completed chapter 5 for the first time, and only got the golden pack. I paid real money for it too.
Same happened to me, beat chapter five twice now and no luck. I also have the card back and the final chapter shows the victory artwork, but the 3 packs and golden pack are still locked.
Same happened to me. Anyone know why?
I have the same bug. If I don’t get my packs before the next adventure comes out, I’m not buying another adventure, period.

Same here, I completed the chapter 3 times and still haven’t gotten the rewards.

Yes… same happened to me just 20 minutes ago. First time I thought I messed up something but now there is no doubt… it is bugged.
I have the same problem. I guess we will receive the reward before the april rotation!
It seems that people here have experienced all 3 variants of this issue: no packs at all, three regular packs but no golden pack, and golden pack but no three regular packs.
Just as an FYI to the people here, NOBODY IS GOING TO READ THIS AND FIX THE ISSUE OR GIVE YOU ANYTHING. So just try and forget I guess, and be sure to spend more money on the game!

This issue was on this Reddit hotfix post but it still exists. I tried completing it again and didn’t get anything.
Cards are rotating out soon and still no fix? Ridiculous.
Six months have passed and the issue still persists.
I have exactly the same problem with chapter 5 of Tombs of Terror adventure as the OP (I didn’t receive the 3 card packs reward). The issue is still unresolved.
