There’s been some confusion and many questions on how to claim the free deck in the class of your choice.
From April 1, you must pass through the New Player Ranks: Ranks 40-1 and reach Bronze 10 to receive your free deck.
The confusion is because in the few days between March 26 - April 1, the old ranking system meant that Rank 25 was the target. Rank 25 is now outdated information. The Blizzard shop has also not been properly updated with this information as of yet.
So keep playing, and when you reach Rank 25, know you need to keep playing to get your free deck.
Ridiculous. How they expect new players to even reach that level with how trash and unfair the ranking system is shows how incompetent they are. Time to uninstall.

In the New Player Ranks, a player can never lose levels. Every win advances you further towards your goal, and nothing sets you back again. If you keep playing, graduating out of new players ranks eventually is inevitable.

Yeah sure, but you spend weeks beating your head against the wall because you rarely win due to not playing against other starter decks.
Is this a permanent feature or a limited time one?
As far as we know, the free deck is a permanent feature, but of course at some point they’re going to update it.
