So if you pick titan forge trap from the student it gives you a target to point to but does nothing afterwards. Just fizzles out.

Can you be a bit more specific? There is no spell called “titan forge trap”. The closest I could find is “Titanforge”, which is one of the abilities of Khaz’goroth, the Warrior titan. And a School Teacher cannot teach those abilities to his students.
Titanforged Traps
I just experienced the same bug. When you play the Nagaling, it asks you to target a character (which it shouldn’t, because the spell has no targets aside from the option to forge which should get skipped in this case) and then does nothing after you pick a target.

I’m not sure they are even aware of this bug.
Good find! Have you tried forging the nagaling?
yeah, i tried targeting my deck but nothing happened. It only resolves by targeting a minion and then it fizzles.
