Good morning
At the moment, it happens very often, when I place a Titan on the edge, that it does not activate. No matter how much I click on the little spheres, nothing happens. It’s very frustrating, especially when I’m on the verge of winning.
Brief. It might be due to the last update. I wanted to know if you knew about this bug and if there was a solution? Otherwise I would simply stop playing it even though I love this game. The purchases I make on it are proof of that.

This issue is known and they are working on a fix for this bug.

[Updated 12/6] [Hearthstone] The team is investigating continued reports of crashes or softlocks, particularly from playing Choose One cards and Titans. The team has isolated the issue: it is caused when one of these cards in in your initial hand to start the game, mulliganed away, and then redrawn and played later in the game. Now that it has identified the issue, the team is working to get a fix out as soon as possible. As a workaround in the interim, restarting your client after the triggering incident should avoid or resolve the issue.

Yeah, no. Had it occur four different times during three different play sessions. The client was closed for hours/days, reopened, and poof it happens again.

Restarting the client does not prevent or resolve it from happening again.

Restarting the client is not intended to prevent the same bug from happening if you play another of those cards later in the match, or in a future match.

It is only a workaround to restore the current match to a playable state.

Please get this fixed, I have lost multiple games I was winning when I play a Titan card and there is no option to do any of the 3 options on the Titan , its a wasted Titan card at that point. have had it happen with both Yogg-Saron and Aman_Thul Titans.

It does not resolve the issue. It circumvents the effects.

Using their workaround, in your starting hand, you get a titan, Problem initiated. Restarting the client avoids the consequences of having had a titan in your starting hand, but will it resolve the issue of getting a titan in your starting hand… NO. How many times in one game do you get a starting hand? One! it doesn’t even resolve that for a single match.

Yeah we all have. Blizzard doesn’t care. The season is a wash. There will be no compensation of stars, ranks, or removal of stars ranks for those that gained due to the bug. They just don’t care because there are enough of you still spending money on the game.

God it would take them a century just to calculate the cascade effect due to one lost game…had you not lost it.

It is only intended to resolve the immediate issue of “I played a Titan, and now my game is frozen.”

If you play some other card and your game freezes again, you will have to apply the workaround again.
