Time Warp is literally the bane of my exisistence!

I had the mage to 3 HP fully decked with Taunts on my Pally…then boom time warp. I sat there for 10 minutes watching my hard work go to hell.

I have been a mage player from day one, and I despise that card.
It should never have been printed.
If Warlock cards merit bans, then Time Warp should too.

Why did you sit there, lmao. You already lost by that point.

That’s how it is with combo decks. You lose if you don"t win before the combo

well I sat there drinking my coffee. Yes, I could have left knowing it was a loss but I like to admire the pure insanity that card brings

It’s not any more insane than any other combo win, really. It’s just drawn out.

That is, winning speed aside. IDK in which turn this is going out nowadays

So it’s basically equivalent to you seeing something on television and deliberately deciding not to change the channel

then complaining about it on an internet forum.

Somehow this time warp bypassed the nerfs. Magister Rommath with Portal of Illusion. They should’ve just made Time Warp not a spell and should not be triggered or Time Warp can only be played once.

Time warp is fine. It’s the same as any other OTK except when you decide to sit around and watch them kill you slowly. The concede button is real.

True, concede button is there. But like said, abusing the mechanic of time warp is more harmful than letting it go.

Imagine experiencing the same mage in Wild for 15th streak. Having to watch yourself slowly get murdered by this deck. Then concede in utterly defeat and probably some harmful language.

People hate to lose. Time Warp just makes it feel like you’re losing longer. But any loss against the same deck 15 times is going to suck.

It is…

Funny isn’t it that sometimes you end up facing the same deck over and over in certain days.

It’s the exact same experience of losing to the same deck X times. At the point you get time warped it may as well read “you lose the game”. It’s no differrent from getting 30/40 points of damage.

It is no different facing druid also with armor druid.

Every once in awhile if you manage to pressure them hard enough to force them to go in early, they won’t manage to kill you. It doesn’t happen often, but I have seen it happen.

Bring yourself a Skulking Gheist. Sometimes those cheap 1 cost spells that duplicate itself can stop Time Warp entirely.

Or Dirty Rat / Mutanus the Rommath.

If you can hit that lucky chance it among all the minions in hand or you can simply bring skulking gheist

Patchwerk will double your chances, you get one in hand and one in deck.

But Blood DK is pretty bad in wild.

You can tell when a standard player is purely a standard player, timewarp goes off on turn 5/6. All these card suggestions are too expensive aside from good old dirty rat, though using dirty rat against this deck can sometimes be the wrong tech option because you can pull out some big finisher minions and that basically just helps the mage. I honestly can’t say what is the best deck out of Tony Druid, mine rogue, warpgate mage, but out of all of the OTK’s this deck is least susceptible to being teched against and has access to ice block which is basically the best defensive tool ever printed.

I personally don’t really see issues with this deck being strong, you can still counter this deck with decks that win on turn 4 that put down a lot of pressure on the board hard and fast because they cannot freeze everything you play especially on a wide board. There are about 5 or so decks that win on turn 4 consistently if you put up little pressure like most of these OTK’s do, they hardly contest board so your aggressive pieces usually survive.

If you wish to see it that way.
