This month's climb to legend

This month I took this homebrew to legend. Currently rank 200ish. I had a perfect record with the deck zero losses on the climb.

Rationale explaining why I built this deck this way below.

To use this deck, copy it to your clipboard and create a new deck in Hearthstone

If anyone could run this deck and let me know their winrate that would be much appreciated, I think mine might be inflated.

Here’s my rationale for building this deck.

I experimented a lot with mech rogue, and although it is a decent deck, if your main threats get answered you are basically out of steam. I did notice that dropping zillax super early or the other legendary mech easily resulted in scamming a victory out of the following slow decks: odyn warrior, BSM, Reno druid variants, big shaman.

However good mech rogue is versus slow decks, it tends to get thrashed by aggro decks.

Hence I distilled the minimum necessary cards from the mech package to include, and built it around the thief rogue archetype, obviously making concessions.

The thief rogue build gives this deck incredible versatility especially versus aggro decks, it plays like a faster thief deck giving very good chances versus every aggro out there.

Anyhow, I haven’t had time to extensively test this deck especially the late game, but this deck has it all, ability to scam the scammy decks like BSM and the ability to pressure and even out value other matchups.

Yeah, I lost every single one with BSM against it on NA yesterday

Btw, you’re doing that thing again xD Where you literally copy-paste an existing netdeck and call it homebrew xD

Me and Smeet commented how we see a lot of Mech rogues yesterday, on NA, and now you’re posting this, and none of us played against you

They run the exact same list

EDIT: nevermind, it’s not the exact same list, there’s a lot of different ones, and yours differs even more

I do feel like there’s an annoyingly good version coming to our meta soon xD

If it’s a good homebrew, it’s often …just an existing netdeck or similar to a variation of one , because the efficient combinations of cards that can happen are finite and it’s not like two intelligent people won’t derive to the same result or almost.

You took out the good demon 1 drop and the 2 drop warlock buff which are some of the best power plays in the deck.

Health drink is only “good” in the pseudo-infinite tess combo. Otherwise it is just bad removal.

I feel like you lose more than you gain when you rob the deck of some of its best early game plays.

Imployee of the month xD lol

If you are gonna play aggro you should commit to it knowing that sometimes you are gonna run outta stuff to do.

Instead of changing the whole deck. You’re better off teching in 1 card like hearth stonebrew for refill if that is a concern for you.
Or keep drilly but ditch tess, imployee of the month and health drink and put your good 1 drop 2 drop warlock combo back in

Right now you are somewhere in between 2 decks and worse than either of them
