Ever is pretty strong. There have been some metas that were far worse that i can remember. Every class can currently climb to Legend. There have been several metas where you could not say that.

Yep. Some are harder than others, but there are options for everyone if players are good.
Iâve been playing mining warlock and dragon druid and doing just fine.

Of course it is. For starters, you could be playing a meta deck.

So imagine a matchup winrate table. Youâve got every somewhat popular deck archetype on the vertical axis, same list repeated on the horizontal access, and a matchup winrate in every box on the table.
Well going from D4-1 to T1KL on average changes each matchup winrate an average of Âą1.75%, at least last time I ran the numbers which was admittedly before Showdown. So youâve got players with either the same or really similar decklists, and all you do is change the rank of the two players involved and the matchup winrate changes measurably. Thatâs skill.
You might say that 1.75% isnât very much, and thatâs true. But luck tends to average out, and over the course of many games you see almost exactly the same people at the top of the leaderboards time and time again, because after the luck averages out skill is the decisive factor.
In conclusion, skill in Hearthstone objectively and empirically effects games and ultimately is the only thing that decides success.
The worst part is you cannot mute any of these trolls. Genius idea to allow that.
You actually can put people who have profile set to private on your ignore list. But of course, instead of finding the win you gave up, decided it didnât exist and came here to complain.

I only just sorta skim-read the thread but I dunno why OP is getting trashed so much. I very much agree. Dunno if itâs the worst state itâs ever been but I would say it is completely unbearable to play it competitively imo.
I canât understand why they decided to just let it be until rotation. At least they could give out an actually good legendary to play with and not that jank 8-drop elemental we got. They gave us Renathal for free once, compare that to this.

The skill you refer to is nothing more than having if not all the cards, certainly more than F2P players. I have not and never will spend a single cent on this game as long as it maintains its current mode of financial recompense. In any other non-professional game, barring those on the internet, paying for success is called CHEATING but not in HS.
I build almost exclusively my own decks from the cards I have gained without payment. If I donât have the cards to produce a meta deck with a superior win rate, I do without. While I have complained about certain mechanics that deny me the ability to play the cards in my deck, thereby denying me the pleasure of simply playing, I accept that that issue will never change.
As far as making Legendary, I have no interest whatsoever, as I am not prepared to spend the time required. I sincerely doubt that those that do are significantly better players than I at the same time as I do not believe that I am specifically very skilful. Iâm OK but I wouldnât bet on myself no matter what cards were available to me.
I really do not want to harp on this matter. It is not why I joined the forum and I am already starting to regret that decision. There appears to be a certain clique of characters who spend their lives under bridges and only appear at the sight of goats. Their comments are as useful as their miserable lives would dictate. Mostly I feel sorry for them.
Priest is exactly where they belong. I havenât see one in weeks, and I think thatâs a massive plus for the meta.
That being said, you can get to legend with several different priest decks, they just arenât the highlander fatigue control decks priest lovers want.

It doesnât take very long to get to legend, itâs very easy to do as F2P, and itâs very much about skill to get there because the time it takes is really dependent on wins versus losses at D5 and down to legend.
You can just post this on your main account, mal.
