This Game Is Corrupt

The developers know that they can’t balance this game and so what they do is come out with a new expansion and come out with new cards that over perform, and they see nothing wrong with it. They can’t remove a card, they can’t ban cards, they can’t even nerf them, and so they keep all these unbalanced cards in the game in hopes that the game will eventually balance itself out knowing it never will. They might tweek a couple mana costs, maybe ban a card temporarily but I notice when I play certain classes, I’m being matched against classes that counter me. It’s almost like they want me to buy the new cards for the classes I don’t want to play because they’re destroying me.

As a Death Knight. What’s the point of playing a Death Knight if all I’m going to play against are copy cat Priests that copy my Primus Card or Helya and have 40 cards in their deck and so they have infinite synergy that basically counters every single Death Knight deck variant. Not one Death Knight deck can counter a priest or a mage right now… Blizzard do you know that you have employees that have mentioned plenty of times that some of these cards are wrong in the first place but you guys push them out anyways because you have to meet a deadline?

I feel like Blizzard is so corrupt now that this game has no control. It’s like you guys don’t care just as long as it sells. I hope one day you guys get exposed but y’all need to get on Reddit and start meeting some folks that work at Blizzard because they are coming out with these cards and purposely making certain classes better on purpose so you guys want to buy them.

Little do you guys know, they know you guys are going to read this post and I’m going to look crazy but the proof is in the pudding. Trust me when I say they think very little of how we feel but want to remove posts like these because it’s the truth. Wake up.

I have seen this exact post probably 1000 times by now. “The game is rigged, you get counter matchups based on what deck you pick”.

You cannot seriously believe this.

And yes, according to your own words

The problem is closer to that they don’t AIM to balance the game as their main goal to begin with. E.g. the LEAD developer just announced that he forced 3 cards to be 7 mana 7/7 because “it sounds so cool”; they forced a card to require 42 health of heroes because “it’s so funny to remind Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy”; they literally base their decisions on feelings and art and aesthetics (so called “flavor”).

You can’t even say “they’ll balance it later”; sometimes that’s impossible; e.g. a 7/7/7 may have a cool effect that is just too OP but it would be balanced if the 7/7 became 3/3 but nope “had to be 7/7 because it feels good”.

How can you seriously write this crap if you and I both know you played 1 or 2 such games?

The deck is bad, if it even exists, and it’s definitely not played as much to warrant this post.

You’re venting off your last few defeats and generalizing it. That’s doomposting.

You’re not making your parents proud there, m8

No I’ve played more than 100+ games this season. I’ve won 1000+ games on my Death Knight, Warlock, Demon Hunter, and Hunter. To tell me that I based it off of 2 games is sad because I’ve played this game a lot. My mom is proud of me and I said everything based off of experience. Please refrain from judging me when you haven’t read the book. Please do better and I hope your parents are proud of you.

This is what you said. And I said you were basing that complaint on 1-2 games against such priests, because such priests are rare on the ladder.

Priest is played around 2-3% of all games, and if you played more than 100 games, but less than 200, let’s say, you faced them 2% * 150 = 3 times on average.

Maybe 2, maybe 4. But not “if all I’m going to face…”

Have you tried getting better at the game? There’s a reason people make legend every month and it’s not because of chance.

Anyone one can play legend it if your willing to put up with grind is all. HS is not about skill it about learning to pilot what ever busted deck your playing with op cards going kill opponent first.

How to enjoy this game: By not playing it!

Although I do play BGs so technically I still do XD

That’s literally what a skill is :slightly_smiling_face:

Problem, you can learn how plays a deck just from watch one match on YouTube video that how easy this deck is now days. That’s where lack of skill comes in there so easy to pilot now. Also most deck are same cards played in same order to get win paired old days HS board mattered.

What did you expect. Hs makes a living selling must have imbalanced cards. Must have imbalanced cards are a feature. Another feature is to trying to roulate them. So that every card has a chance to be sold eventually.

Shhh, don’t try to find logic where there isn’t any.

Well, the thread is off the rails in terms of wandering all over the place, and I’m still not sure what the message was.
Blizzard is corrupt?
The matching is flawed?
The players are apathetic?
IDK. But, for the OP’s sake:
I will say this.
I have played almost daily for eleven years.
Anyone who doesn’t believe the matching considers deck composition or class, ever?
I have a bridge to Terabithia for sale.

They’ve banned several cards, which is effectively removing em, they’ve also nerfed a bunch of cards.

I think you mean talent. Skill is something you learn and talent is like your natural affinity to learn a skill.

HS doesn’t require talent.
