ummmmm EXCUSE ME, random legendary minions ???
I have started 7 of these brawls and I have seen THE SAME 6 MINIONS over and over and over !
random my a * of the 200 legendary minions there are

I had something similar happen (not identical legendaries but generally terrible ones - yay highlander cards!). I just kept conceding until my opponent conceded first. This is a really terrible brawl.

had nexus prince shaffar which was a good one to have

And 3 or 4 of those minions showed up in the next 4 games !!
that sucks. i wish you good luck and pray for you in a pointless game called hearthstone and in real life

I went with DH, and their 4 mana legendary draenei was great on turn 1. Rush. Decent reverse yeti stats. The crewmates, at least the two that is drawn from the DR, ensures I have a good 4 mana option if the other legendaries in hand suck.
Another game had multiple DH tourist in hand. And this is a brawl where everybody runs minions for me to smack into them. This also helped me find out that having multiple tourists on field do not reflect the damage your hero takes multiple times.

I went with Death Knight and I ended up with the spellburst 3/3 with spell dmg that gives a minion in hand the same spellburst, and the wind elemental dude that resembles al’akir 7/7 choose 2 keywords from divine shield/rush/windfury/taunt, the warrior card that says if i forged a card battlecry create a weapon (total whiff lol), and one i never got to play as it draws a minion and converts all my minions into a copy of it lol… never had an opportunity to use that one tho.

I had four Magtheridon on the board and lol’d all the way to my win.
I got bad legos the first game, so I just conceded and got back in line.

I don’t think all Legendary minions are in the pool.
I had 2 games back to back that I had ETC and Whizbang so they did nothing. Next 3 games I played or spectated someone had Pozzik, Magtheridon, Deathwing and Magatha.
The pool is much smaller than people think.

This is an old Brawl. You just wait till you high roll the opponent to win. That’s the strategy.

Me too, my opponent summoned 2 pcs of 3/4 Legendaries in turn 3… I dropped 2 7/7 in turn 4, puff… enemy concede… easy 1 pack.

I’m enjoying this Cloneball tavern brawl. Sure, the minions aren’t that random, but I get to play with cards I don’t have, and cleaning up ‘win 5 tavern brawls’ quests is a bonus.
I must have played twenty or so games so far across the different servers.
last week’s big pay-to-play brawl, where you have to painstakingly design a deck and then pay to lose quickly because your deck is underpowered? no fun at all.
We have wild, standard and arena for designing decks. (sadly, duels is no more)
mindless fun occasionally is welcome. keep cloning the cloneball.

Yeah, those kind of brawls are terrible. This is what playing a Kil’jaeden mirror feels like.

The highest IQ move was the empty E.T.C. in the deck. I discounted it first thinking it would be great. I won anyway.
Turns out it’s not terrible to have some cheap stats on board.
You never stop learning.

I thought it was fun. Won my pack right away and continued on to win the next four games using various heroes and then lost big on the few games and switched back to ranked. No big deal. It’s all for fun.

Sure, I just find it very low value at that point compared to the big hit it can do at 10 mana.
But I concede it’s at least subjective.
