It’s only a problem if they are allowed to have a relevant board on turn 4. It’s a bit too strong with the +2 attack buff, but the real issue with Murloc Paladin is how easy it is to get the quest buff, and the snowballing effect from it. Especially with the card with deathrattle summon three 1 cost minions. It’s quite overpowered when they gain +4/+4 and have rush or lifesteal.
They’re not talking about murloc paladin. Just regular old agro paladin spam.
Murloc paladin is actually really weak against agro decks - paladin especially ironically.
Also in murloc paladin, in my experience, the aura is a bad card often clogging up the hand instead of trying to catch up on / develop board. Deck performs better without it.
What ranking are you playing atm ?
Murlocs only have place in low ranking my dude. once you pass gold , murlocs are gone for hellagod

I guess it was about Aggro Paladin, not Murloc Paladin, and Aggro Paladin is a decent aggro deck, maybe tier 1-2. I do understand why people complain about Aggro Paladin. But should aggro enjoyers have some decent decks? And if smth aggro should be nerfed, why exactly this deck, why not Aggro DH, not Beast Hunter? I don’t think these questions have simple answers.
I actually see your point and agree DH and beast hunter are scary too.
I feel like there needs to be a big rebalance and maybe some cards get early rotated.
Don’t forget that all control decks are relatively difficult nowadays (it can’t be changed before new expansions and a lot of new cards will come) and low ranks have almost nothing decent without aggro.
What needs to be done is delete all the recycled decks from previous expansion, to give room for something new.
No, just delete the lame stuff, from both old and new. Or maybe even seperate them into different ladder queues, beginner, intermediate and advanced. That’s a good idea, since we won’t be able to agree on what’s fun.
I like the principle of that idea, but can we agree on what’s lame?

There is a way to get rid of this paladin, but it requires sacrifice that I don’t expect most people to make. Simply concede to every murloc paladin. Yes, they will be at the top soon, and that will force blizzard to nerf it.
