Things with bad and toxic design that ruin the game's fun

No. Whisp is mana cheating.

1/1 for 0 mana is toxic.

I agree

No, don’t touch shadowstep, rogue as a class exist bc of this card

I think this card is an example of bad design, but the deck is just not good (maybe could be nerfed after nerfing actual strong decks in the future)

This deck is not only “just not good”, it is a meme from somewhere like bronze 5 or smth like that

You can get it only after spending a lot of mana to cast Shaladrassil and setuping your hand to have a handspace.
Shala is a strong card, but some strong cards should exist.

and

are not even so good. There are no truly powerful archetypes with the first and Drunk paladin can survive without the second.

I agree, + warlock

Harbinger of Blight…is a gamble, it summons only 2-cost minions, but due to them being random they could be garbage or OP as there are some good 2-cost minions with a negative effect though, but summoned this way you bypass it

we should just remove all the effects, and make everything 2m 2/2’s

all hero powers now deal 1 dmg

fixed all the balance issues

everything is fine now

brianspawn is a 10 mana is allowed to be good

and when a spell removes your taunt …it coutns as interaction too!

you are complaining about your opponent interacting with your board and calling "uninteractive "!

The problem is when a 10-cost 12/7, excess damage hits the hero is mana cheated down to 1.

A spell removing taunt? Fine. A 20+ King Plush removing ALL your taunts on top of costing almost nothing? Not fine.

I see, you are speaking of the most reactive control deck. The every card in my deck is either a removal card or a low statted value generator card. They have cropped up before. I wanna say warrior and priest were both particular egregious examples of that back around descent of dragons, the galakrond era. It was the first time I heard term Fatigue deck.

Just delete dh from Hearthstone and the game is fine

Same thing applies to you. Not everyone thinks that a game needs to play for 30/60 minutes to be meaningfull.
In fact just the ridiculous amount of cards played in those long games alone is enough to argue that it is as brainless as everything else because let’s be fair here.

Hearthstone is not the game for you to plan too many turns in the future for a gigantic list of reasons. In fact i would say most control matchups are even more brainless than aggro decks.
Specially during control metagames because in those cases the control players do not even need to do the effort of think about what tools are important to survive due to their decks being slighty overtuned while the game is usually decided by some RNG bomb or a combo.

These one shot one kill cards are ruining the game… zarami, kil jaden, ursol, colossus

Can go on but the point is sure some of these cards require development to finish the game but they’re just not fun endings. Its a guardrailed story with an ending thats the same every time. Can we bring back decks where you have just a smattering of minions as your win condition not a I drew these 7 cards and I win nonsense that we’ve steered towards in hearthstone today.

I mean defined win conditions are fine when theres mabye a few of them in the game… but when every deck is some pre fab get to the same card ending, the game stales out pretty fast.

Removal and health gain (armor counts as health gain) is out of control to the point where if you want a minion only deck that isnt some zarami type gimmick you need to be able to kill your opponent by turn 5 or its over and thats become very hard to do for the vast majority of classes.

I mean heartstone strategy today is removal or tutor for the vast majority of decks. There are some highroll minion decks like that hunter handbuff deck or bounce that 2/3 minon rogue… but those gimmicks are just as poorly conceived as the rest of them.

I know theres no winning because if they stop building such obvious synergies people will complain the game is too slow and weak but what we have now isn’t very interesting either.

Nah. They require different skillsets is all.

Lets be honest, there is nothing super complex about HS in general. Some people just perform better in different roles, just like in an MMO where you could be a great tank, but absolutely suck at DPS.

Yes, some people enjoy long games. They are more meaningful TO THEM, because they arent over quick. Just like some people prefer quick games that leave the opponent thinking “what just happened?!?”

If your deck cant play the long game, its no more skill intensive than one that cant win in 5 mins. How you adapt to the matchup is where your skill is.
