How are you supposed to do this? I’ve manage to get to 5/8 but it doesn’t seem to be continuing. I’ve played Parrley and they’ve played it back. Does it have to be the exact same copy I played?
Your opponent doesn’t have to play your Parrrleys back to you (although that can help if he draws them and is willing to play them). You just have to play Parrrley eight times, and, no, it doesn’t need to be the same card. If your opponent is willing to play Parrley back, Lorewalker Cho can help here. Educated Elekk is nice. Stowaway can help dig out the Parrrleys Elekk puts into your deck. If you’re willing to play Wild, Valeera the Hollow can definitely help.
Edit: I may have been hasty, and you may need to do eight round trips. I’m not sure; the achievement text is unfortunately ambiguous about what they mean by “Parrrley with your opponent”. Still, the card duplication tricks are how you get it done. You’re never going to get eight plays with just two Parrrleys. It’s theoretically possible with you and your opponent continuously passing it back and forth, but practically it’s not going to happen.
From my experience, it doesn’t need to be the same card. I think in the game I finally completed the second step of the achievement (which took a while) there were at least three different copies that my opponent and I were passing back and forth.
I pulled it off. I was up against a non-quest taunt warrior so had plenty of time. Augmented Elekks filled their deck with Parrleys so they had to either play them or run out of resources. They were also kind enough to not concede. I felt bad beating them but a girl’s gotta complet her weeklies.
