The tutorial should be optional

It can rebuke players. It rebuked my friend, and it almost rebuked me.
It’s terrible. Get rid of it.

why? it teaches you how the game works, it’s useful

That’s why I said it should be optional. If you feel like you need it, go ahead and do it. Else, skip it.

It’s a pretty terrible introduction to the game actually. No battlecries, no deathrattles, no special effects, so spells (except sheep maybe) and delayed hero power. It’s just raw minion trade and it’s pretty uninteresting. And since it’s your first impression…

You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means.

The tutorial never bothered me. But I wouldn’t object to an option to bypass it.

It means you can’t cast spells next turn :yum:

True, thanks. Aplogies for my poor english.

Honestly it’s weird how you can skip all the ranks reserved for new players, but not the tutorial. This is a reasonable request.

Sounds like a smurf abuser.

At the very least update it. It was barely relevant in classic, and now the game is totally different. It’s also painfully slow

They should probably update it, however I do think it’s usefull for entirely new players. Because it does teach you the base of the game. You will learn all the new mechanics overtime anyway.

And yet I’m not, I started the game only recently and I have a garbage rank in my main account anyway, so no need to smurf.

The option to skip tutorial is a thing that needs to be admitted and improved by Blizzard apparently. if one wants to create alts, he/she will create eventually no matter how long you make your tutorial. There are so many reasons for a person to create a new account: moving to new country to play on different region, account lost, etc.

I disagree with the removal of the tutorial, however the fact that you need to unlock all the classes to play them feels kinda pointless.

Like the vast majority of the games out there, the tutorial should be optional and skippable.

If someone makes the dumb move of skipping the tutorial, but regrets it and wants to play it because he realised he needs this, put it in the solo content area.

It’s a QoL improvement and no one loses from this change.
