I have 14.3.1 but the problem is only with the store on the European server.

I got the same thing, shop is closed for me for 7 days already, can’t play arena. I am using a computer: Mac OS Mojave 10.14.6 (18G8022). I am on the EU server, gonna try if it is the same on the NA server, I will let know if there occurs the same bug. I hope this will be solved quickly, because the game is no fun anymore for me like this. Im mainly arena player, almost 10k wins there.
Same, i even uninstalled and re-installed the game. Didn’t even work. Sad
