Missing Achievement Reward (Golden Whizbang Druid Win)

Hello, Dev Team!

I have encountered an unpleasant error in the game. I started the game in Wild mode by selecting the ready-made deck offered by the golden card “Whizbang the Wonderful”. It so happened that I got the druid deck, and I won the match.

This victory was my 250th victory with a Druid, which led to the achievement “Druid Victory” (level 5\7: Win 250 victories for a druid in ranking matches or in the arena). However, the reward chest was empty - there is nothing in my collection, and when viewing the achievement, there is no reward preview button, although the achievement clearly states that I should receive “Golden Epic Druid Cards from the main set.”

Could you please help solve this problem? I have already contacted the support team, and they suggested making a repost here to attract the attention of the developers.

Reproduction Steps:

  1. Play Wild Mode with golden Whizbang
  2. Get assigned a Druid deck
  3. Reach 250th Druid win
  4. Achievement triggers but reward is missing

Expected Result: Receive Core Set Epic cards
Actual Result: Empty reward chest

Core set has zero epic druid cards. That’s why reward set is empty.

You will get golden cards later if they are added to core set.
