Asteroid stuff looks fun, but what really is good for Shaman this expansion is the Legendary cards. Murmur can allow some pretty ridiculous stuff, and allows Shudderblock to be played with more expensive battlecries in the same turn.

No problem. I was aware of the leaks but I did not care for them. It’s just nicer this way. For me it helps to look at the expansion class by class instead of taking it in all at once.
Now only the Paladin remains.

I think murmur is one of those cards that they can print… but they probably shouldnt. I dont think theres any good way to cheat it out in standard right now… but that doesnt mean it wont break the game with the rediculous mana cheat it is capable of someday.
I really want to hope that elemental shaman will finally have its day as a top of the line competitive deck but not sure it does so with asteroids but at least the art looks neat.
With that said I think shaman received the most interesting set of the expansion and the deck builder inside of me is pretty excited to try a bunch of stuff out.

Yea. Murmur is a bit of a spooky card, especially for wild with Shudderwock just costing one now.

For those wanting to have fun… triangulate turn 2… get 3 extra wish upon a stars. Survive until turn 6, drop shudderblock. Turn 7 cosmonaut. Turn 8 cast the 3 now discounted to 2 mana wish upon a stars. Turn 9 mini shudder + sasquawk. Turn 10-14 wait until you can draw leeroy.
Turn 15 draw leeroy and get your opponent to 12 hp!

Not only is this the strongest package we’ve seen thus far, but it’s hardly possible that any other will come close to this amounts of broken.

I laughed so hard watching that video. That has got to be the most ridiculously OP in set complete combo deck package we have seen in a while. Better than Druids Dragon package in one expansion. Shudderblock was kind of starved for the really good BC’s to play off of but not anymore.
They just turned a core set card into an OTK for 9 or less depending on things.

Not to mention Alexstraza is still in core. Play an elemental Shaman deck, then hit them with the Murmur Alexstraza then 2 of Lamplighter/Skarr on turn 9.

Saw a version playing redundancy. Using Kalimos after Shudder played and the lamplighters. Looks to be an elemental deck mostly.

I caught MarkMcKz’s stream earlier today for the theorycrafting event, and the deck he was using could OTK turn 5 with coin if it drew well. Turn before the OTK, play an elemental and be sure Parrot Sanctuary is on the board, then Murmur makes 3 battlecry minions cost 0. Alexstrasza to set the opponent to 15, Shudderblock, then Kalimos for 18 damage

OMG…this is hilarious. At first, and since this reveal, I read Murmur as “Your Battlecry Minions cost (1) less”
I went “meh”
Then I’m reading this thread and everyone is talking about how good it is.
I’m like “what? Seems so bad”
Then I read your post…of which NOTHING made sense (how tf are you playing Alex!?)
I go back up to read Murmur again thinking maybe I missed something where each Battlecry gets cheaper. Then I see it straight up says they cost (1).
LMFAO I can’t believe that’s even real. So much so, my mind rejected what I read at first and purposefully interpreted it to something else.
