The kinkiest name I have evevr seen was GaggednBound.

There were so many good wow guild names back in the day. Many of them would get one banned from this forum, though, lol.
Username in HS that made me chuckle recently was Holycrit.

My favorite was when I, Quirkz, was paired up against a player named Quirky on the battlegrounds. Except for the part where they beat me up and eliminated me from the game.
