Hello
I finished the frozen throne adventure with different classes. Every time I beat the lich king, I get the same picture and the screen freezes (maybe the lich is playing pranks on me) and I can’t click anywhere. There is no hero transformation animation and dialog either.
Any suggestion would be welcomed. Thank you
https://ibb.co/WDSK1SWI have the same issue. I just finished the Lich King not 5 minutes ago and did not get the Arthas reward. Ever since Barrens came out the hero animation at the end when you win has been bugged.
For the past four heroes or so, since the release of Barrens, I have had the same issue as you. I have to force quit the game, then when I go back in, go back to Icecrown, it updates with the sword animation adding another rune. However, for my final win (shaman), it did NOT update the sword with the rune like I was expecting. So I still have 8/9 runes and when I hover over the treasure chest it still shows I need to complete on shaman.
This is incredibly frustrating as I have found these battles very difficult and this shaman win was absolute luck of the draw with some of the cards, based on RNG from a battle cry that added legendaries to my deck. If I had not gotten those cards, and in the order I did, I would not have done it. I can’t duplicate it.
Edit: I have now done it a second time, and got the same result. I opened a ticket to blizzard, and a GM referred me here (even though this is clearly not working). I opened my own big forum topic. Maybe blizzard will notice lots of us are having bugs with Icecrown???
Same for me - beaten Arthas 3 times now with a Warlock and no credit given and no rewards earned for completing all classes.

I encountered the same bug after defeating the leach king on the DH book of heroes. However, after quitting the game and rebooting the battle.net & Hearthstone, I joined the solo adventure again (manually - not reconnecting) and Lich is not defeated allowing me to face the last boss.
Are there any plans to fix this? I arrived at this thread after a google search for the SAME problem only to see it has been a known issue for a year.
Another year, same issue remains. Beat Lich King with Gul’dan. Got the Bloodreaver ending and screen now stuck. Had to quit out, restart Battle.net. That resulted in completing the Challenge.
My Bug was the Lichking set at start my Heros Life to 1 lol! His first Card kills me instand 
What a stupid bug! Lichking is so much overpowerd , always the right Card for every Moment ! Hopeless and not funny the new quests in last Time!
Well you played mage and that’s how the game will always start against him with a mage.
You can play a secret package to try to counter/get a copy of his spell.
Play the giants that are discounted based on your missing health if you want to try to play it with the board but… not a bug
