Even the WoW team, where a single balance change can affect hundreds of quests, raids, PVP, is faster at implementing balance adjustments than you guys.
You need to be willing to identify issues and fix them. Not let a game suffer for weeks while you watch players quitting the game.
Is the team lazy, bad at their job, or just rushed to print cards they have to had known will need to be nerfed every release? I suspect its all the above.
You know there’s people in this forum that will simultaneously agree with you AND sing the praises of Ben Brode; who only did 3 balance changes every year.
So if your goal is to find people who will agree with whatever criticism you have, valid or not, that won’t be a problem.
youre giving the devs too musch credit. heres what a devs workstatioon looks like. Monitor in the middle, a bottle of vodka on the left and bottle of rum on the right.
OK Nancy. The game isn’t that bad right now, you just don’t like it and only know how to express yourself here through extreme negativity.
I’ve heard people say you’re not so bad off the forums so I can only assume this is some kind of persona you’ve developed over your 10k post history. Or you just really do have an unhealthy obsession with something you think is unplayable garbage.
That’s an interesting take on my views. But; it could just be that I am saying what I actually think.
I loved this game from Day one and to see it decay into powercreep and busted mechanics
not only makes me sad, it makes me angry.
The dev team, whether you approve of them or not, is responsible for 100% of the card decisions in this game.
The powercreep is to the point that even when I win I am PO’d by the end of the game.
Power creep only ever goes one way and pretty soon we are going to be looking at Turn 2 OTK’s.
I don’t know why anyone supports this game monetarily in it’s current state.
If saying that here offends some players’ delicate sensibilities, then I apologize.
I would rather beg forgiveness than ask permission to express what I see as the unvarnished truth.
Because they like it. It really isn’t a complicated concept. You don’t like it. Not anymore. You may have once, and you may sometime again in the future, but you clearly do not right now.
Well; I haven’t, as this is the only card game (of this type) I have played. However; that doesn’t make me wrong.
It’s already a turn four game in some instances.
