I was trying to get more crafting materials. The game told me, that I had extras, would you like to turn them into more dust. So thinking that It would only pick my duplicates. Some of the cards, That I had for a long time are gone now. For example, some of the cards that I got from the tutorial. And they cant be crafted to get them back. Im not sure what Im suppose to do.
Which cards specifically? Are you sure they were not the cards that rotated out of the Core set a couple days ago?

My neutral card drakkari enchanter, and my stand against darkness for paladin, only one of those got deleted. I had to create another one, so I could get my second one back.
these cards were not removed, you are literally lying.
How exactly did you turn them into dust? What exact button or menu option did you use?
Was it the “Disenchant Extra Cards” button, or was it something else?
You simply only had 1 copy of that card and used a second one form the core set to complete your deck.
Now that the core set rotation has removed that card from its set, you have to craft the second copy to play with it
