The future of DruidStone..I mean hearthstone

I can’t wait for 10 more years of Druidstone!! Going forward they’re slowly gonna phase out the other classes and you’ll be able to pick from 11 different variations of Druid but each variation will basically be the same able to use abilities of the former classes.

Who needs mage or priest when you can just pick spell damage overheal Druid?? Destroy your opponent with overpowered spells, and if you get bored of that, you can just take their cards as well because why not??

Were you a fan of plague DK? Well, get a load of nature wraith Druid Which shuffles 20 nature wrath tokens into your opponents deck, exploding for 10 damage per token!!

Were you a fan of secrets or combos or do we have a Druid deck for you!!

Honestly, this is satire, but it’s probably still gonna get flagged but seriously what is blizzard thinking putting all their focus into this one class and making it extremely overpowered compared to everything else? I barely see any priest players. I barely see any mage players. I barely see any DH players and honestly, I barely see any hunters as well. It’s always either Druid warrior and lately I’ve been seeing more warlock that’s it. That cannot be healthy for the game. But I can’t just blame this game. I feel like most card game out there have pretty much ruined their game and I don’t understand why?

The power creep in Yu-Gi-Oh! is ridiculous. I’ve only played MTG a couple of times, but I always hear people complain about it as well and Hearthstone is no different.

I get people’s attention spans are shot so they want to make their games more fast paced, but were not these game supposed to be strategy based games? I feel like all these overpowered card that these companies are printing has completely run the strategy it’s just who can get to their overpowered card first now where is the fun in that?

Can someone direct me to a game that is still very much strategy based card game because right now I’m just not seeing it anymore, and to me that’s a travesty.

My best bet is they wanna see some Druid on the MT (ongoing)

I suppose the goal is one of the two (or both to an extent):

a) Give all classes equal spotlight in competitive and casual circles,
b) rotate them according to God knows which order (perhaps even chronological).

Last MT-s it was an unnerfed Shopper DH, now it’s unnerfed Druid.

I don’t know what came before that, but I do know in December last year, a Priest main won the worlds, so I think I can confidently predict we won’t be seeing that class in top tiers for a while.

TCGs: Hearthstone, YGO, DBZ, Pokemon, Marvel Snap, MTG, among others.

There’s plenty of FPS’ers to go around as well. A few MOBAs.

Chess n Checkers are always classics.

Also the more traditional card games like Poker (Texas Holdem is great), Blackjack, etc.

You just get use to it. Druid is the king of nearly everything.

It almost always gets extremely fast aggro decks, extremely generous value and greed decks, late game monopoly, and OTK potential combos.

It used to be balanced back when they didn’t give Druids access to board clear.

Then, Kazakustan rolled on in and Druids got their board clear and then everything was a giant mess. Took several nerfs to fix it.

Then they gave Druid Reno and Yogg with the ability now to copy them even limitless if they want to, and they are kings again.

One thing is for sure - You give Druid board clear, something that was supposed to be a MAJOR class weakness, and you get what we have now. King Druid.

chess is the best game of all time
