Ysara and lich king card generation each turn? Who was the genius who thought that was fun? It is bad enough that gaming the system for specific treasures is still possible. Must every mode be a streaming pile? I guess you guys really want us to play MTG arena.

The problem is you’re playing Duels when you could be playing literally any other mode in the game.
those cards are in wild not specific to duels. sure the cards they generate are strong, but among other strategies in duels playing those cards is hard. It is made easier with the ability to make cards that cost more than 5 cost cost 5. still it is fairly week.
Standard has been trash and I do play BGs.

They mean the new treasures you can get in duels. There are 2 new passives that will add a copy of either a Deathknight Card or a Ysera Dream card to your hand at the end of your turn.

Oh, I did not realize I should try duels out again. It is a fun mode, but I tend to stay with ranked play.

From my understanding, the mode is meant to be whacky and encourage high rolly situations along with RNGesus aspects. Not to say no skill is involved, but, this should be expected, no?

The mode is hot garbage as executed. I like some of the one player bucket modes, but the whole treasure imba combined with too strong standard decks into high roll buckets… nah.
It’s not like those cards matter that much when every deck is either hyper burn solitaire or 50/50 stats on turn 1-2.

Yeah, just came in the new patch. Runic Helm for the lich king cards and Cloak of Emerald Dreams for Ysera. I think they are level 2.

I am not sure I just had a player play some two turns in a row. The Ysara cards were annoying as there were two 5 damage clears in a row. I sometimes run naralex for those.
