The Caverns Below Quest

I still don’t get this logic when you first play the quest and immediately plays the first card counts as a 1? I don’t get how The Caverns Below and other card names have the same name?

Yes.
Any minion has the same name as itself.

Kinda simple explanation actually.

It’s a little counterintuitive but correct.

You not play many caverns bellow cards. You play minions with the same name between themselves.

I do know that, but the one I’m asking if my opponent plays The Caverns Below and Bloodsail Flybooter in a turn counts as a 1. Plus he didn’t use shadowstep on a Bloodsail Flybooter.

The Quest asks to play minions with the same name.

If any minion has the same name as itself then any minion played makes the count Go to 1.

It counts from the First minion.

But isn’t The Caverns Below a spell name and other a minion. Shouldn’t it not count on a first turn. My opponent plays The Caverns Below and then Coin with a Bloodsail Flybooter. But didn’t do Shadowstep on the first turn. But counts. For me it would make sense if he had a Shadow step and played the same minion since the cost be reduced to zero and plays it and counts as 1.

No.

The Quest not cares about sequencing or about when you play anything.

Except for playing the Quest before start obviously.

When he dropped his Bloodsail flybooter he dropped his First bloodsail flybooter.

Therefore 1.

So you really need to play 3 minions with the same name. Is too easy. Every time i played the quest or against is completed on turn 4 and available on turn 5. I don´t know why they reverted the requisites from 5 to 4. On 5 was good, on 4 is terrible.
