Hello! Today, playing for the class “hunter” my counter of victories approached mark 499/500. Having won a rating game, to me did not include the 500th victory. Came into Hearthstone anew, won several times a rating game in the standard mode: the victory was not added. Won a victory on phone, without changes.

Same experience but on Warlock. Am stuck at 499/500 wins. When I win a game the hero is golden on the win game screen but not when playing.
Would you mind having a look at this?

Same here with mage won about 503-505 now and still stuck at 499. Playing ranked standard and wild. Also another thread about this.

Still stuck for days now at 499 with mage. tried restarting, logging out, different hero portraits, ipad , pc, wild vs standard, etc, still at 499. Probably should be close to 510 now

If you did already post there, then there’s nothing more you can do right now, you’ll just have to wait until the devs figure out what causes this and get it fixed.

There is another post where it was recommended by Aelathera (Quality Assurance, Blizzard) that was the fix for me. Logged on to arena and clicked unopened rewards then went and won 1 more ranked game towards 500 and it registered the 500th win. Was stuck for days. If you read the other post…(Posted by Aelathera) “Thanks for the info, there is one more thing we want to check.For those that are still affected, could you enter into Arena and make sure there is no reward pending on that screen then try to get that 500th win?”
