I noticed that the legendary card Shaladrassil does not drop from packs or as a reward for the arena, is there a problem with the weight of the card in the code? On 2 servers it does not drop, on the American one it is generally the only legendary from the expansion that is not there and at the same time others drop repeatedly.

Did you ever disenchant that card?
If you disenchant a card it still counts as having been owned. If you’ve owned all of the legendaries from the set then any you pull are going to be totally random. You’ll have to craft it or get lucky.
