There is an issue regarding being able to retain fewer quests than normal. Customer Support posted information to reddit, promised to update that forum, and has not provided the same (or any) information on this forum .
What better way to discourage posting information to Tech Support and Bug Report than Blizzard choosing to communicate through another forum instead?
