Usually these “puzzle” challenges have trial and error type brainstorming.
With this one it’s just place things randomly until the enemy hero power randomly turns them into the food you need?
First one for example
It says eggs and simple spices
Obviously your hand has eggs and two different types of spices. Simple right?
But no
You have to play them in a certain ordering left to right for the enemy hero power to kill them and spawn the proper combo card.
Who designs this
You don’t need a certain order, but regardless, it was indeed pretty stupid. Like that first puzzle: there’s indeed a hint it needs spices, but which of the 2? It doesn’t say. And then I think “OK, got it, not the ordinary spices but the other type (forgot what it was called)” so I go by that on puzzle 4 (which doesn’t even hint it needs spices) and wrong, this time the ordinary spices are required. Why?
Yea and then the final one was spicy cherry pie.
So it was just play all pie , all spice .
