Tasks asking for completing bounties dont progress

All my currents tasks asking for completing normal or heroic bounties (on Cariel, Vol Jin and Malfurion) are blocked on 1 and do not progress anymore.
I tried differents bounties and levels, normal and heroics and nothing changed.

Someone else experimenting the samething?

Got the same problem, i got quests for cairne, vol’jin, natalie and geddon, and only geddon got completed!
The 3 other are stuck at 2 or 1.

Usually i got stuck on task 5 becouse that requires a lvl 30 hero to be completed.

My heroes are level 30, malfurion’s task is the n.13 and Vol’Jin n.14

Malfurion Stormrage Task 13: I Hear the Wild Calls Complete 4 Heroic Bounties.
Vol’jin Task 14: Shadow Hunter Training Complete 6 Bounties.

yeah they have to complete or there is a bug , do you have this mercs in the party ?

I just tried and you are right you need to have the concerned mercenary in your party when you complete the bounty.
IDK if its a bug or a recent change cause it was previously possible to complete this kind of task without this condition (like the tasks asking about an amount of damages for example).

You need those mercs in your party.

I have the same problem with Guff’s task 13, did heroic on barrens and felwood, with him in the team, in the fight and level 30, 0 progress on beat 4 heroic bosses, about to try it on winterspring.

Don’t have strong enough mercs to do heroic Winterspring, so on a hunch I went back to Felwood’s last level on heroic and the task started progressing. Ps . The merc doesn’t have to be in your party unless you have to use it’s ability.

It does, in fact, have to be in your party for Tasks 5, 13, and 15. You can leave it out for Tasks 7 and 18.

Here is the table I’ve made to check when a Mercenary is required to be or not in the party/team.
