When using the Envoy Rustwix deathrattle on friendly minions once casting the Tamsin’s Phylactery spell, the said minions don’t activate their deathrattle upon death. This has only occurred in Duels and hasn’t been tested in Standard or Wild. I was using the new Drek’thar hero when this bug occurred.
Hoping this gets fixed soon!
I’ve personaly tested it in wild yesterday and it’s the same thing. Minions die without shuffling any primes in deck. I hope they’ll fix it soon.

Confirmed for standard, also Vectus token with Rustwix deathrattle did not shuffle primes.
if it gets itself, it triggers the Phylactery effect…

I have tried multiple death rattle minions in combo with Tamsin’s phylactery. It seems that only humungous owl and loot hoarder are the only ones that work. I have tried Envoy Rustwix, Elwynn Boar, Enhanced Dreadlord, Kanrethard Ebonlocke, Cairne Bloodhoof, Plagued Protodrake, Scrapyard Colossus, Mo’arg Forgefiend, and many other death rattles and they just do not work. is there a reason for this in the game?
