and its 75 turns …confirming he lied

After some research it looks like average length of games is 7 minutes. Average number of turns in a match is under 10, closer to 8 I think. So 8 turns a match with the x3 bonus would take 13 matches at 7 minutes each is about 91 minutes of gametime to complete a daily quest.
Thats an enourmous ammount of time committed every day to play some game purely to keep up with daily progress. That means you need to play 11 hours a week. Cmon. Thats ridiculous, especially compared to previous quest requirements.

Increasing the reward requirements is a deliberate act to extend player engagement.
No one is forced, but you cannot dispute the additional mandatory time investment.

You can reroll daily quests but yeah all requirements seem to have gone up unfortunately. Took me 2-3 days to finish the first daily but I barely played. You do have 3 weeks to finish it all though and you don’t need to do every daily quest. You can miss quite a few and still unlock everything.

I came very close to completing the last 7 day event on a second account, but I ended up on only getting it done on one.
I appreciate the events, but the time to complete quests can be a bit much, especially if a player does not want to play ranked. I prefer to play what’s fun and ranked often is not. The devs need to improve constructed gameplay to regrow its player base. Events, along with new or returning player rewards are just a bandaid solution to boosting metrics, and eventually they will fail.

It feels more like they are trying to keep the casual players from getting the free items as easily as they once were. The weekly quests are a real monster to try and complete for a casual IMO.

The event is a marathon, not a sprint. There’s still 17 more days.
The three weekly quests total to 2400 xp, enough to get you to the first three rewards.
It takes another 1600 xp to reach the final reward.
Dailies are 75 xp, but do remember you also get xp just by playing games. Let’s make the math easy and say you get another 25 xp every day from playing, so 100 xp a day.
They basically math it out so unless people just really like to grind, you’ll get the rewards near the end of the event. I mean, I suppose if you’re gung ho about it grind 30 games a day to get there faster, but… like… why?
Do step back and realize that the final reward is 2 packs and a coin. It’s… not nothing, but if you started late and missed the last reward, it’s not the end of the world.

They’re bad if you don’t want to play the game, and truth be told this month is kinda boring.
But at least we have new quests so I find it interesting to complete those at least.

What I mind is the length of time it takes, unless you play the cards they want you to play.
I know, new miniset, gotta’ push it, but it gets boring just playing one deck.

Those daily and weekly quest at almost not worth doing. I specifically came to the forum to see if others felt the same way. whoever thought this was a good idea needs to be reassigned to… lets just say walking papers is fair enough. The game has been out for how long and to give such a lengthy daily is beyond absurd.
Oh and it’s not +3. The new cards give +2 if they are drawn. along with ranked at +1. Considering there is only 5-6 new cards that can be in a deck that means you are really getting the shaft here on the draw 300 quest. I am not a happy player having to play as many games as I just have. Along with the last couple days of forced extended play just to get those done too.

The most annoying part about it, is that they don’t have a filter of cards for the miniset. You can only see them if you filtered “New” when you bought the miniset …once.

Errr is that a mobile only thing? Cuz on PC there is a “New Cards” category, right below Wild Cards.
This has been a thing since many minisets ago…
