Taelan Fordring draws Venomous Scorpid instead of Hammer of the Naaru

As the title says, when playing a paladin deck containing both Hammer of the Naaru and Venomous Scorpid, Taelan Fordring draws the scorpid instead of the hammer even though both cards are still in the deck and the hammer costs 3 mana more. This has occurred on two occasions.
