game went like this … Shudderwock to Horror …Horror got Forked Lightning/Totemic Smash. enemy got only one minion on board and horror still can cast Forked Lightning to one minion. the card has kinda same text than ‘‘multi shot’’ but zul’jin and yogg fails to cast it to 1 minion.

What was the health of the minion you had on board?
Remember that Totemic Smash itself does 2 damage. If that was enough to kill the minion, then there is no evidence that Forked LIghtning actually went off; it might have been just a graphical glitch. Can you describe exactly what you saw happening?
If the minion did have more than 2 damage (assuming no +spell damage), then please describe exactly all the minions on board on both sides of the map, and the spells in effect. A screenshot or hsreplay.net link would be great. These details can help find exactly what combination of circumstances caused this to happen.

Resolved with the latest patch. Yogg can now also cast those spells,
Multi-Target Cards: We’ve updated the following multi-target cards to function even if there is only one viable target on the board. These cards will now also properly trigger when played by random effects such as Yogg’Saron.
