Suggestions for the play 30 Infuse cards weekly?

I tried Skeleton Mage with Frozen Touch and Implock with Rafaam and the 4-drop Imp. Across six games I managed to play 4 Infuse cards :unamused:. I’m hoping someone found a deck that’s basically a hack for this weekly because otherwise I’m simply going to re-roll it. I remember having a similar issue with the Corrupt mechanic weekly quest.

I agree it is a bad quest since you typically want to hold the infused cards until needed or it is your win condition. Often you may win before playing them even if drawn and infused early.

Here’s an Infuse Hunter I found Googling “Hearthstone infuse deck”.

I literally just put every infuse card into a hunter deck and played 2 games knowing I would lose. added a few small things to infuse with, but I don’t think the card actually has to be infused for the quest to progress

This is correct.

The quest tracks both non-Infused and fully Infused cards with the mechanic. There’s no need to grind things out to power up stuff if you just want it over with, drawing a lot and playing Infuse cards asap is more important if you want to do it fast.

So it sounds like Hunter with a bunch of crappy infuse cards that you just vomit onto the board might be the way to go.

You sound too negative. :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Hunter has 3 Infuse cards from Castle Nathria, the most of all classes (Frenzied Fangs, Stonebound Gargon and Huntsman Altimor). I added more Infuse from the neutral pool that seemed to fit and let the client autofinish the deck. It put (among others) the Wildseed package, Barak Kodobane and Hydralodon in.
Played 1 game so far and won against a Mech Mage. If you just want to finish the quests, exchanging the legendaries for similar type cards ( like card draw and some AoE) won’t hurt too much, I think. Here’s the deck:

Fill your deck with infuse and play Casual mode. Casual mode is great for completing those type of quests.

I competed it with Imp Warlock. You got 2 infuse imps in the deck and the legendary, takes a while still though.

Frozen Touch isn’t a bad way to go; you just need enough bodies available that you can repeatedly infuse it.

If you just stuck it into the Wildfire Skeleton Mage, the density of minions is lower, so it probably can’t infuse as efficiently.

I’ve often been able to play lots of copies of Frozen Touch in a single game with both of the following decks:

I appreciate all the suggestions. I hopped into Casual with my Hunter deck full of every Infuse card (minus the Infuse Legendary as I haven’t crafted it yet). I played against another Hunter. A Big Beast Hunter with Prince Renathal…and I won lol. I beat someone playing a real deck with a weekly quest completion deck on my first try. Fair warning: I don’t expect my 100% WR to last long, but still a funny story.

yea if you’re looking to complete quests quickly without affecting your rank, just hop into casual. so much easier

I like Frozen Touch myself. With Infuse, it’s like a double-barreled shotgun. If you Infuse both, that could be 12 damage to the face for 8 mana.

I made a hunter deck. Full wildseed package, a few neutral infuses. Turns out wildseeds end up spitting out tons of minions to die for you. Built mostly for the memes and quest completion but it’s winning more than I expected.

Worth mentioning the infuse cards need not be upgraded with infuse to count toward this quest.
