Can’t play Hearthstone.
The two last things I did before this error appeared were update the game (which happened by battlenet forcefully ending a match I was in) and making a custom deck for my fire damage daily quest.
However I have already tried remaking the deck from scratch AND I get the same error no matter which Hero premade/default deck I use.
Every other game mode works fine, including duel.
I have also tried using battle net to ‘scan and repair’ and to ‘check for updates’.
I am also unable to start ranked matches. When I click “Play”, I see the spinner for a brief moment, and then an error appears: “There was an error starting your game. Please wait a few minutes and try again.”. I’ve tried playing on PC and Android, same error.
i think there is a problem with kazakusan ( not sure if only golden ) , if you use it remove it , if you are not using it try multiple queues becouse if opponent is using it the error message is for both players.
I don’t think that’s it-- it isn’t even really matching/putting folks with this problem in the queue, it shows the wheel for less than a second then errors.
It might help to say what that error actually is.
