Most people consider the US to have 4, as that is how many is on the Continental States. The Hawaii and Alaska time zones aren’t really counted. Blizzard HQ in particular is located in California, which uses PST.

Same here. Not playing cos I got 900 xp quests which I need to reroll tomorrow.
They were saying that because it makes sense to hold quests so you have a full roster of daily/weekly quests to get a bunch of day 1 progress.
If you’re avoiding playing in order to turn a 900xp quest into a 1,000xp quest, you can make up the difference simply by playing an extra match or two.
You’re probably losing overall XP if you’re avoiding the game just to reroll a quest.
