Subject: Missing Cards After Returning – e.g., King Krush

After taking a break from the game, I recently logged back in and noticed that several cards are missing from my collection – cards that I definitely owned in the past. This is particularly evident with the legendary card King Krush, which I clearly remember having and playing with.

Some of my previously created decks now show as incomplete due to these missing cards, which further confirms that I had them in my collection. I never disenchanted or deleted them.

Please investigate this issue and restore the missing cards. Being forced to craft cards I already owned is unacceptable.

Those cards were in your collection because they were part of the Core set, which is a large group of cards that Blizzard loans to everyone for free.

But cards don’t stay in the Core set forever – every year Blizzard removes some and adds others, to keep the set fresh and interesting.

So, those cards are missing from your decks because they used to be in the Core set, but aren’t any longer.
