from that momento on, the game were stucked like the screen shows.
I saw the arrows of the opponent going to attack and his emote too but my side was apparently frozen.
I had to quit.

You disconnected from the game server, but as explained above, there are multiple connections during a game, so you did not disconnect from the opponent and thus saw emotes, arrows, etc, but the game did not progress.
