Jaraxxus is the single most important card in the deck and you’re missing it.
Tickatus itself doesn’t really make much difference in winrate if you don’t have Y’Shaarj.
So you are missing both win conditions cards to outlast the opponent. Which is really the main objective of the deck. In your case looks like you have to play honestly to get them down to 8 health then surprise win with Alex which I don’t think it’s reliably consistent. You got the removal cards but missing something that sticks.
I would just craft a Jaraxxus first if you want to stick with this deck. Jax corrupts Strongman then play it at 0 cost, after just 2 cost 6/6 every turn your way to victory as they run out of removals. I wouldn’t even use bother with Strongman if you don’t use Jax or YShaarj.
BTW, Hunter and Demon Hunter felt like a hard counter most games from my experience, there’s just too many face/piecing damage that you can’t avoid even with taunt. Your only option is to get lucky early with tons of heal.

I use Jaraxxus, i edited the post, for some reason HSReplay doesn’t recognize it.
I feel we already talked about it before? Either way…

I just hit my first time ever legend using a Control Warlock deck. Slightly different than your version. I have Tamsin Roame, she saved me a lot of times turning my shadow spell to 0 cost.
I don’t have demonic studies and Void Drinker, instead I slot in 2 Venomous Scorpid and 1 Death’s Head Cultist
Lastly you need YShaarj, like other have pointed, YSharrj combo with Tickatus will probably earn you instant win.
So, with this deck,
VS. Priest, free victory
VS. Hunter, probably will lose most of time (worst matchup)
other decks, depend on how you draw.
That doesn’t say me much, though.
What was the meta when you reached legend with that deck? The pre-patch as post match meta are pretty different.
Priest now uses a deck that isn’t just a “insta-win” if you’re playing warlock, you have a lot more Hunters, DHs and Warriors than before.
What about the other decks? Ladder is full of paladins and mages
I hit legend last Sunday. My only bad matchups were two decks, Face Hunter and Midrange Demon Hunter. I destroyed Priest with Tickatus, 6-0 VS Priest. Pally and Warriors, depend on how you draw, I was on a 11-0 winning streak, not losing to paladin and warrior once.
My favorite is control warlock too.
I always win vs the Lunacy mage deck, and win most games against paladins.
I have some differences compared to your deck, I don’t use Luckysoul (it can’t block, can’t rush), and I don’t use Ogremancer, but I use Tamsin to be able to heal more, and of course, Yshaarj is a key card. Soulciologist Malicia can swing many games besides corrupting Tickatus. I also use Envoy, I know it’s a dead card vs fast decks, but in a mirror match, it’s a game decider (besides who draws Tickatus 1st). And I recommend using 2 Hysteria. That’s the king of all removal cards.
I also don’t use Alexstrasza. I know it’s popular, but the deck is slow, you win via infernals, not with a single burst damage. And about healing, I want cheap heals, not one that cost 9 mana. People played it on me many times, but it never made a difference.
But! The deck always loses to face hunter. I added Death head cultists and the void drinker, but still, I kept losing. I build the face hunter deck, tried, and indeed, always won vs Warlock. So that’s stone-paper-scissors, you cant help it.
Got the same problem with Demon hunters. Illidari Inquisitor killing your taunt first then charging is a threat the deck is unable to handle.
My advice would be play something else until youre at a rank floor you’re happy with. Its just a horrible deck unless you’re dodging aggro. Think Mid Range DH is probably the cheapest, but any aggressive deck will do you.
I can’t help with specific advice about this deck because I’m not a masochist so won’t ever play it enough!
Control Warlock is not the most reliable deck to climbing the ladder, particularly if you’re missing certain key pieces.
The classes you mentioned are counters to your deck where Face Hunter, Midrange/Lifesteal OTK DH, Secret Aggro Paladin, any spell Mages can target Warlock’s vulnerable low health resulted from using their hero power.

So turns out Control Warlock isn’t that good after all. Be careful. Nerf talk is surrounding Warlock.
You have two options now.
Cut your loses and go for a better deck that isn’t so flashy. Like Face Hunter.
Or you can dig yourself deeper into the Control Warlock hole by crafting Tamsin first, and Y’Shaarj second. And possibly lose on the investment if the deck gets nerfed.
If they do nerf 'lock, everyone and their mother is going to play Priest. And they will be free to go full anti-aggro, resident sleeper mode. Stupid things like Celestial Druid will become viable. Its going to be butts, so fingers crossed sanity prevails.
Do you have a Malicia too and is she critical? I have all cards needed except her.
The most free version of Face Hunter isn’t even that good and loses to Paladin.
The better versions involves getting 4 Epics and 2 Legendaries.
4 Epics and 2 Legendaries, for A FACE DECK.
I actually would suggest Token Druid, which requires the least dust. But I do admit that the learning curve is high to consistently win with that deck.
You’re not going to beat Paladins. Hunter and fast DH likely a loss, and Mage could go either way. Your deck is good, it’s just that Warlock isn’t. (I like playing Warlock; it’s one of my best decks, but not in this meta)
yup agreed. Go for pally.
