One more here for NA. Tried a scan and repair as well, just in case. Let it sit for 30+ minutes and would not reconnect after lock out on last fight before boss in Darkshore.

Locked out still, game unplayable. been well over an hour for me.

Stuck for over 3 hours, tried the stay offline trick and went for a nap, still the same. on US. Blizzard has gone from bad to worse for sure.

Blizzard TW support team NEVER reply any player question or concern etc…so we only can here for request support!

Same issue for me on the same new bounty - NA server - been like this for the past 6 hours at least.

Amazing how they dont seem to care that thousands of players cannot access their game…especially the Mercs game mode that’s been struggling at best since it’s inception.
