Stuck in a game with someone that has no timer

Dunno how to report this person but he used some galakrond card and he was losing so hes refusing to take his turn. The ridiculous thing is he has NO countdown timer! He’s holding me hostage

This is in response to an issue that players see where it appears that the opposing player is holding up the game in some manner. Often it will appear that they are holding a card above the battlefield, purposely preventing the timer from starting. This is a disconnect issue.
