Arena bug cost me my gold

After not playing hearthstone for weeks, i wanted to try the new arena mode so i launched hearthstone and then game gave me some rewards including an arena ticket. So i clicked on arena and a new arena ui welcomed me. I saw x1 ticket that game gave me but still couldnt launch an arena game. Below my x1 free ticket the button has number 2 written on it.
