Stealer of Souls

The new version that is based around drawing a discounted Stealer of Souls is not Hearthstone. It’s just not. Please remove this card from standard or do something. Just had a Warlock finish their quest on turn 4 two games in a row because they got Stealer of Souls into discarding Guldan. I have no words. I was somewhat okay with this combo because it seemed to be finished around turn 6-7 or so (still dumb but not impossible to beat). But on turn 4 there is no way to establish a board that kills them fast enough. The first game they finished the quest they played an entire board, gave the Matron 11 attack and lifesteal, and drew nearly 15 cards. Paying life for mana is a good trade off/design, IF there is an actual trade off. Not develop entire board from nothing, +15 draw, end up with more life than before, complete quest.

Visible confusion

This is the Turn 3 Free Admission that draws Stealer of Souls and Nightshade Matron, discounting both to 2 mana. Then Turn 4, you play SOS and Matron, Matron discards Hand of Gul’dan and you draw 3 cards. Let the Questlock shenanigans commence! I’m guessing this is the interaction that’s being complained about…but yes, could have used better explanation.

now they don’t even need that combo to win, they can actually win even earlier discounting flesh giants to 0 on turn 3-4, and if you get rid of those, guess what? raise dead! jesus christ i’d prefer keep the toxic control priest from last expansion if i would’ve known that this was coming
