Concierge is definitely an issue. It allows them to spam so much damage for 0 mana it isn’t even funny.
The secondary issue is Mistah Vistah, whom makes sure that if you survive round 1 of the damage, round 2 will get you.

Concierge as a card is great, I love the concept
I know most people vote for “but not less than 1” option, but I’m against such limitations, so I recommend adjusting the card to 2 mana deal 3 dmg randomly split
That way, every cast of the spell will cost 1 with concierge, and the card is still playable
Mistah Vistah is a balanced card (or at least it looks like it is to me)
It’s a big tempo loss for Druid, when it’s played against me, I take a sigh of relief because I know I won the game
Naturally, slower decks probably find it painful to see that card played, but in either case, it’s balanced

Nothing should cost 0 that kills your opponent from full health on a single turn. The card is toxic just as bad as apprentice mage
