SOME task reward coins not received

Hi there, this is my first bug report so please forgive me if I mess something up.

I just unlocked Cairne Bloodhoof in Mercenaries after saving up 300 coins. I added him to my team and received Task 1 for Cairne from a Mysterious Stranger mystery in the Fallen Guardians Felwood mission. The task was to restore 55 HP with Ancestral Uppercut and rewarded 50 Cairne coins and 20 random coins. Upon completing the task and claiming the rewards it said I received 50 Cairne coins AND an additional 20 Cairne coins. When I checked I had only received 20 Cairne coins total, however.

The team I was using when this happened was Cookie, Anacondra, Guff, Mukla, Cairne and Natalie. I believe Cairne and Mukla had been knocked out.

I’m not sure how to recreate this or how to prove it happened but I’ve attached a screenshot of my Cairne so you can see levels and coins. I bought Cairne with exactly 301 coins and the only coins I’ve gained since buying him are the 20 (and 50 missing) from the first task.

This is a visual error. You did receive the coins, but it does not display that. It should be fixed by either restarting your client and/or earning more Carine coins. This issue seems to happen only when the random reward of a task is the same mercenary as the main reward.

You’re right! I restarted the game and they showed up. Thank you!

Same here. Happened to me when I received double Diablo coins on his task 4 or 5. Tried to see if they’d show up trying to upgrade an ability, but that didn’t happen. Only restarting helped.
