To start, something should be done about the damage coming from the hand. Nothing too drastic to the point of making hand damage as a game finisher nonexistent, but the current amount is excessive.
Here is a list of suggestions that would help with this:
1.Magical Doll House only gives +1 spell damage to the next spell you cast this turn instead of for the rest of the turn.

Lamplighter should have its cost changed to 4 mana.

Southsea Deckhand gets banned from Standard mode(Leeroy still exists).

It’s also necessary to discuss Ziliax Deluxe 3000. There’s nothing wrong with having minions that are difficult to remove from the board, but when you create an army of it to lock the opponent out of the board, it’s a different story.
Hydration Station and Inventor Boom should resurrect different minions(Only 1 of each minion in their pool).
Many of these suggestions were thought out with nuances, such as restricting Elemental decks back to the classes that were designed for them, not forgetting about less popular decks, avoiding nerfing cards that impact more decks than necessary, among other things.
